 VE does not offer Refunds, but we offer exchanges in our products Follow the steps to return your product (if eligible) and place a new order. 

VE Does not offer Refunds on waitlist Deposits- your Deposit will go towards your Purchase of your selected Home.

 If the item(s) are eligible for cancelation, the option to cancel will be visible. If the order is being processed by our Manufacturing plant center or has already shipped, but the item is still eligible for return, then the option to initiate a return will be shown instead. If the item(s) are ineligible for cancelation or return, then neither option will be shown. 

• Products that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
  
  • Used and/or installed vehicle accessories, charging, apparel and lifestyle products.
  • Service-Installed vehicle accessories that have been picked up by the customer at a VE location regardless of installation status.
  • Items missing their original packaging.
  • Broken or incomplete kits.
